Redloop

RedLoop® is proud to have partnered with Civix, a non-partisan organization that is committed to strengthening democracy through civic education, to develop a new website for their Student Vote program.

The Student Vote program provides Canadian students with the opportunity to learn about and participate in the democratic process by simulating a real election. The program includes curriculum resources, training for teachers, and support for running a parallel election in schools across the country.

The primary objective of the project was to create a site that accurately represents the Student Vote program and to provide users with a seamless and engaging user experience. Our team worked closely with Civix to understand their unique needs and challenges and to develop a comprehensive strategy for the project.

One of the key challenges in developing the Student Vote website was to create a user-friendly interface that provides easy access to the resources and tools available on the site. To achieve this, we conducted extensive research into the needs and preferences of students and teachers and we worked closely with Civix to develop a site map and user journey that would meet those needs.

We also paid careful attention to the site’s design, ensuring that it was both visually appealing and functional. The site features a clean, modern design with a focus on easy navigation and clear calls to action. The homepage includes a prominent banner that highlights the importance of civic education and the resources available on the site, and the site’s navigation menu is organized by category for easy access.

One of the most important features of the Student Vote website is its resources and tools, which are designed to help students and teachers learn about the democratic process and to encourage them to participate in it. We worked closely with Civix to ensure that the information and resources were accurate and up-to-date, and we developed custom tools, such as interactive quizzes and games, that allow users to engage with the content in a fun and interactive way.

To further enhance the user experience, we included a variety of multimedia elements throughout the site, including images, videos, and infographics. These elements help to engage users and provide a more immersive experience that allows them to better understand the importance of civic education and the democratic process.

Overall, the Student Vote website is a testament to our team’s commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets our clients’ needs. We are proud to have worked with Civix on this project and to have helped them provide Canadian students with a platform for learning about and participating in the democratic process. As a result of our collaboration, Civix now has a website that accurately represents their mission and values and provides a seamless user experience for their users.
